Our Founder & CEO
Founder & CEO Rick Jackson leads Staff X with a mission to bridge the global talent gap while creating meaningful opportunities in developing countries. With 20+ years of experience scaling teams across Australia, Brazil, and the US, he blends expertise in recruitment, technology, and leadership with a passion for helping businesses and people thrive.
Before Staff X, Rick was Global Technology Director and Executive Board Member at a Fortune 500 recruitment firm, becoming its youngest global executive. He drove digital transformation and workforce strategies across continents, seeing companies face talent shortages, rising costs, and low retention, while skilled professionals in developing countries were overlooked.
This inspired Staff X: an offshoring company built on fairness, commitment, and partnership. Businesses gain capable, results-driven teams, while talent receives better pay, global opportunities, and the chance to build meaningful careers close to family.
